Intuit’s Philosophy on Cloud Success

One of the best sessions from the All About the Cloud Summit this week in San Francisco was delivered by Tayloe Stansbury, SVP & Chief Technology Officer, Intuit. He outlined what Intuit believes it takes to build a successful cloud business:

Delight customers to create active users & promoters:
  • Walk in the customers’ shoes
  • Listen and engage
  • Bring the customer into the development process
  • Test
  • Measure
Harness the power of an ecosystem
  • Build on your strengths and focus on your value
  • Unleash value and innovation through data and user contribution

Great advice! Be sure to check out the presentation here and all of the presentations here.
