Aberdeen Research is running a survey on customer data integration that is relevant for organizations investing in CRM as well as cloud data integration technology.
The survey is called: Providing a 360° View of the Customer: Better Service – Higher Sales.
The results of the survey will be go into a research report designed to help organizations benchmark the adoption of services and technologies that impact customer retention and sales force productivity against peers and Best-in-Class companies. Most questions are not required, but they appreciate your thorough response. It should only take 10 to 15 minutes to answer the survey, and Aberdeen will provide you with a complimentary copy of the report, which is expected to be available after April 1st, 2010.
